Q1: What’s the warranty of your LED Display Screen?

A1: We offer at least 1 year warranty and 100,000 hours life span of the led lamps.

Q2: What about your pre-sale service and after-sale service?

A2.1: For pre-sale service: we have professional consultants and 10 years average technicians to answer your questions and assist you during our workdays.

A2.2: For after-sale service: We can instruct you how to use,adjust the screens etc,we also focus on problem-solving efficiency. Usually within 24 hours.

Q3: How long will it take to deliver goods?

A3: We will start preparing goods when we get your bank receipt. It takes 20 days to be shipped out after we get your down payment.

Q4: Can i have a sample order for LED Display?

A4: Yes,it’s acceptable of sample order to test and check quality.Both for module or whole screen.

Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A5:Generally,we accept CIF or FOB trade term,depending on clients requirements. If shipping by sea,it takes around 15-60 days according to different destination ports. If by air, it takes about 3-8 days.
